On receiving a request for this service we will contact you within 24 hours to set up a time that is convenient for you to have one of our agents call to your house to take a look at what exactly will be involved with your impending relocation. He/She will talk you through the packing process, answer any queries or worries you may have, note any objects that may need a little extra care and attention and also if some goods are being packed for storage this will be noted. Once this survey has been completed we will fax, e-mail, or post (whichever is most suitable to you) a detailed quote. If everything is agreeable then we arrange a packing date, if at this stage you would like us to deliver some assorted boxes to enable you to pre-pack some goods that are private we can also arrange a date to do this. But we do advice you to allow our professional crews to pack most things for insurance purposes.
You will receive all necessary custom clearance documents and you will be advised how best to fill these in to allow your goods a speedy journey through customs in your destination country.
We will deliver your household effects as quickly as possible to your new address where we will unpack and place large items in their correct places. If you prefer to unpack yourself we will return and collect all boxes and packing debris at your convenience.
