HOUSING We will use your criteria to form a list of houses for you to view. We work with every estate agent in Dublin and the surrounding area so we can guarantee that all the properties we show you will be of the highest quality and match all your specific requirements, hence no time-wasting. We will accompany you on pre-arranged viewings. When you have chosen a home we will negotiate a lease agreement and order connection to utilities. We can also arrange a housekeeper and gardener if required.
EDUCATION We will pre-arrange, and accompany you to interviews and visits to appropriate schools. We will take into account preferences such as language or religion if needed. Schooling can be difficult to organise in Dublin, so we can arrange for application forms to be submitted prior to your visits.
MEDICAL We will pre-arrange, and accompany you to interviews and visits with not less than 3 doctors, in your chosen area. We can also show you the location of nearest emergency hospital and pharmacy. We supply information on both public and private healthcare in Ireland.
CHILDCARE We will pre-arrange, and accompany you to interviews and visits to childcare facilities. Alternatively we can arrange interviews with child-care professionals who mind children in your own home.
TRANSPORT We can arrange for car hire, prior to your visit. We can pre-arrange visits and accompany you to car dealerships for leasing or purchasing of a car. We can also help advise you about importation should you wish to bring your own car. We supply information on acquiring an Irish Driving License and information on car tax and insurance.
PETS There are quarantine laws in Ireland. Please contact us directly about your particular pets.
CHILD INFORMATION PACK We supply information about activities and places to visit which are tailored for your children's age group. Also includes some uniquely Irish pieces.
PLACES OF WORSHIP We can arrange a visit to a local place of worship, and arrange a meeting with a representative of the church.
SHOPPING On the orientation tour of your new community we show you local shopping facilities. We also offer advice about cost of living and the best retail outlets.
LEISURE AND ENTERTAINMENT We can arrange for you to visit or join local gyms, sports clubs, specialists groups, pubs, scouts, guides, etc.
FURNITURE REMOVAL We can arrange for your household effects to be packed and shipped, using an international shipping company.
VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES As an extra service we can arrange for video or photographs of particular housing to be sent to you across the internet.
